The Sleeping Giant Mountain in Sumilao, Bukidnon is composed of several hills forming a silhouette of a sleeping giant. There are many caves in the vicinity.

Some of those caves that have already been found and known throughout Bukidnon are...

1. Sumalsag Cave - It is known as the longest cave in Northern Mindanao.

2. Paiyak Cave - It is known as a pre-historic cave.

3. Lagundang Cave - It has small waterfalls aptly called mini Niagara Falls. It has also ponds full of crabs and fishes. It is a wonder how these crabs and fishes got into this cave considering that the only opening is a vertical drop. Except for treasure hunting, there has been no known activities pertaining to Lagundang Cave. Had the public known of its existence, rapelling enthusiasts would be thrilled at scaling the fascinating rock formations inside the cave.

4. Basag Cave - The presence of 8 waterfalls in this cave makes it incredibly unique. Moreover, the abundance of stalactites and stalagmites inside this cave, adds more lure to it.
